Job Title: Project Manager 1

Location: Spartanburg, South Carolina

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in project management. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Nonwovens industry and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and complete projects in the Nonwovens industry
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these plans.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project deliverables are met.
• Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Lead and manage project field services including design, commissioning, and startup.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Design experience using AutoCAD and Inventor.
• SAP experience a plus.
• Must be able to lift 25lbs and work on feet for extended period.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% including international.
• Fluency in French or Spanish a plus
