Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks an experienced Project Manager (II/III) who is detail-oriented, and customer focused to join our Government Services department. You will help lead both development and research-based government contracts from award to completion, working closely with teams of engineers, technicians, and production personnel. This customer-facing role requires the ability to lead multifunctional projects while managing scope, schedule, and budget. As a Project Manager II/III, a typical day might include the following:
- Meeting with customers and outlining project details such as cost, timeline, and deliverables.
- Updating and analyzing schedules and budgets for multifunctional projects.
- Evaluating resource availability and managing assignments.
- Ensuring purchase order requirements and customer specifications are being met.
- Have experience in product development projects.

Pay Range DataProject Manager II $58,200 - $91,200. Our salary ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
