Job Description

We are seeking a QA Analyst III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual and automated testing, test strategy, and quality metrics and a proven ability to own test execution, improve processes, and drive defect resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and maintain manual and automated test cases for new and existing features.
• Reproduce, document, triage, and track bugs to resolution with engineering partners.
• Write and maintain clear, comprehensive test cases and test plans.
• Support QA leads in defining test strategy and creating test plans.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track quality metrics and test progress.
• Conduct product audits with QA lead guidance to analyze and improve test coverage.
• Conduct bug audits with QA lead guidance to identify product areas for improvement.
• Provide release readiness support for medium and small features.
• Lead test execution for small to medium-sized projects or features.
• Attend status meetings and represent QA in the absence of QA leads.
• Collaborate onsite with engineering and QA teams to ensure product rigor.
• Support stealth projects with diligent, discreet execution.
• Run and lead benchmarking, battery, and performance testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in writing and executing test cases and test plans.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with dashboarding tools and quality metrics is a plus.
• Comfort working onsite and engaging with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, and SQL.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience creating QA dashboards and defining quality KPIs.
• Background in performance, battery, or benchmarking test design.
