Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspection

• Proper execution of inspection following inspection procedures and QCS using calibrated equipment.
• Perform required tasks noted on MSR's, ESR's and MAT's
• Documentation of inspection data using GDP practices

• Nonconforming Product

• Assure proper segregation and identification of nonconforming product

• Operate in a LEAN manufacturing environment and strive to suggest process improvements

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Solid working knowledge of standard computer applications including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external customers
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve established outcomes. Understand other's roles and empower one another to take responsibility to be successful. Demonstrate a collaborative interaction with peers to reach a common goal.
• Pay close attention to detail in all aspects of the job
• Make decisions using available resources and sound judgment
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion

• Work overtime as required, including weekends

Education and Experience

• Technical Degree (plastics, engineering, etc.) or equivalent line inspector experience in manufacturing
• Ability to operate measuring & laboratory test equipment
• Ability to input data accurately on charts and computer

Shift Details

This role will be on a 2-2-3 schedule and will work C shift - 7PM-7AM schedule.
