The RVCV Lead for North America is responsible for providing strategic and operational understanding for all EOL Control plan (RVCV) initiatives across all plants. This role owns regional performance, consistency of execution, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement of EOL Control plan( RVCV) processes. The NA Lead serves as the primary point of accountability for North America, ensuring alignment with global strategy while addressing regional business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all EOL Control plan (RVCV) activities across North America, ensuring consistent execution and adherence to global standards.
- Act as the primary liaison between all North America locations for RVCV initiatives
- Drive performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts
- Define a global convergence plan for EOL Control plan (RVCV) checks - (frequency then 100% checks)
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Compliance, and other stakeholders
- Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities; implement corrective actions as needed
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the assembly plants on the implementation
- Support change management and adoption of new processes, tools, or systems as required
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations, policies, and internal controls
- Participate in new model launch and plant start up
- Coordinate the correlation of warranty occurrences back into the EOL Control plan (RVCV) to help drive down warranty cost.

Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 10 years of related work experience in General Assembly / Quality organization.
- Understanding Bill of process standards in General Assembly.
- Excellent organization and oral/written communication
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Computer proficiency (Power point, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Technical Writing)
- Problem solving.
- Capable of leading Plant quality leadership implemented End of Line Control Plan.
