Hendrickson Truck Suspension in Woodridge, IL is looking for a friendly, organized team member to lead our front desk and assist with essential HR tasks.
Essential Functions
- Receptionist/Switchboard Accountabilities:
- Answers switchboard in a polite and professional manner.
- Greets and directs guests/visitors in a professional manner.
- Ability to utilize the automated front entrance visitor log-in system (Touch Screen TV).
- Mailroom administration to include outbound and inbound mailings and overnight shipping (i.e., UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL).
- Order office supplies.
- Maintain and update Employee Training and Education files per IATF16949 procedures.
- Assist other departments with clerical duties as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School/GED required.
- 3 years of switchboard/office experience required.
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook is a must.
- Frequent sitting and working at computer for extended periods of time.
- Office setting.
- Minimal exposure to R&D lab and manufacturing setting.
- Able to maintain highly confidential information.
- Solid written/verbal communication.

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the salary range for this position is $40,000-58,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, qualifications, and other job-related criteria. This pay range is provided to ensure transparency and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
