The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for recruiting qualified healthcare professionals, including nursing, physicians, allied health professionals and administrative staff, to fulfill government contracts, specific to the DoD and VA. The individual is responsible to develop and coordinate strategies for meeting staffing needs, based on contractors criteria. This role involves sourcing, screening and coordinating with candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process while meeting compliance and contract requirements. Must be responsible for deadlines on contracts and staffing needs and will be working in a fast-paced environment. Will perform searches and advertise for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases networking, internet resources, cold calls, media, and employee referrals. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and passionate about connecting talent with meaningful opportunities within government healthcare.
**This is a remote position and will be performed out of the candidates home-based office. Individual must have discipline to work in this work environment and needs to be reliable and readily available always throughout the work day.**
