Lead and Inspire as a Regional Office Manager
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:000pm.
As a Regional Office Manager, you'll provide leadership and coordination across multiple locations to ensure smooth, efficient, and client-centered operations. You'll oversee office supervisors and support staff, helping to create consistent procedures, exceptional service, and a culture of collaboration that supports our mission to inspire hope and promote wellness.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Office Supervisors and Client Registration Specialists (CRS) across assigned service areas
- Implement and maintain consistent office procedures and operational practices
- Oversee training, performance development, and coaching for office staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Monitor data and documentation for accuracy and efficiency, implementing improvements as needed
- Partner with leadership to resolve operational challenges, client or staff concerns, and facility needs
- Support regional coordination for office space, parking, signage, furniture, and equipment needs
- Communicate organizational updates and procedural changes effectively to all assigned staff
- Ensure adherence to customer service standards and support departmental strategic goals
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseHigh School/GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
QUALIFICATIONS: WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS• Previous supervisory experience in a professional office setting preferred
• At least 3 years of customer service experience required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred
