Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Line Cook to join our upscale restaurant kitchen. This role is responsible for executing dishes to a high standard while supporting daily service and prep operations. Ideal candidates take pride in consistency, technique, and teamwork and are interested in growth within a professional kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
  
• Perform daily prep and station setup
  
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
  
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team during service
  
• Follow established recipes, plating standards, and procedures
  
• Assist with inventory rotation and waste reduction
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook in an upscale or high-quality restaurant
  
• Strong understanding of kitchen fundamentals and station management
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  
• Team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
  
• Culinary training or equivalent experience preferred

Salary Range Commensurate w/Experience: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
