Are you early in your career and interested in working at the intersection of manufacturing, technical support, and customer solutions? Join our team as a Technical Sales Support professional and gain hands-on exposure to how regulated medical products are built, supported, and delivered to customers.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to develop technical expertise in a manufacturing-driven, quality-focused medical device environment.

What You'll Do

As part of our Technical Sales Support team, you'll help bridge the gap between customers, sales, and manufacturing operations.

  • Manufacturing-Based Sales Support: Provide technical guidance and quoting support to the sales team based on manufacturing capabilities, product configurations, and production considerations.
  • Customer Technical Assistance: Support customer inquiries related to product specifications, manufacturability, and application of medical devices produced on-site.
  • Collaboration with Manufacturing Teams: Partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations to align customer needs with production capabilities and timelines.
  • Product & Process Knowledge: Learn medical device manufacturing processes, materials, and quality requirements to accurately support sales and customer requests.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Assist with maintaining product specifications, manufacturing documentation, and technical reference materials in accordance with regulated medical device standards.
  • Continuous Improvement Support: Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to support process enhancements and product improvements.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned.


What We're Looking For

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing support, technical support, sales support, quality, or a related role.
  • Internships, co-ops, or academic projects in manufacturing or regulated industries are a plus.
