Purpose of Job:
The Salesforce Enablement Analyst serves as the strategic link between the Sales organization and IT, driving the effective use of Salesforce Lightning to enable high-performance sales execution across both hunters (NAC & RILD new business teams) and farmers (account management team).
Job Components:
1. Business Partnership & Salesforce Expertise
- Act as the primary business owner and point of contact for Salesforce Lightning within the new business sales organization.
- Serve as the liaison between Sales (NAC & RILD hunters and farmers), IT Salesforce team, Supply planning team ensuring the platform aligns with evolving business needs.
- Hear the needs of the field and recommend innovative, forward-looking Salesforce solutions that go beyond standard, out-of-the-box functionality.
- Partner with other SMEs across IOT, ILD, and Sales Operations to ensure process consistency and system alignment.
2. Pipeline Management & Sales Process Optimization
- Demonstrate strong pipeline management acumen, ensuring Salesforce accurately reflects opportunity stages, forecast health, and sales execution readiness.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define, monitor, and continuously improve pipeline metrics.
- Translate data and pipeline insights into actionable recommendations to support growth and execution strategies.
- Support the NBD Director and sales leaders with strategic implementations and data-driven decision making.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with IT Salesforce teams to translate business requirements into clear, prioritized user stories and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
- Serve as the central connection point between Sales, S&OP/Demand Planning, IT, and other business SMEs across the Commercial organization.
- Participate in cross-functional projects that enhance sales visibility, forecasting accuracy, and CRM usability.
4. Coaching, Training & Adoption
- Lead training, onboarding, and coaching sessions for NAC & RILD hunters and farmers, focusing on Salesforce Lightning best practices and productivity tools.
- Develop user guides, quick tips, and ongoing learning sessions to drive adoption and confidence among sales teams.
- Foster a Salesforce culture that values data accuracy, pipeline discipline, and transparency.
5. Data Analysis, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate sales cycle trends to uncover key drivers of success and recommend approaches for targeting comparable prospects.
- Analyze Salesforce data to identify performance gaps, workflow inefficiencies, and areas for automation.
- Translate metrics and results into clear, actionable insights and improvement recommendations.
- Partner with IT analytics to design dashboards and reports that provide meaningful, forward-looking sales intelligence.
- Drive continuous improvement by challenging assumptions and championing innovation in Salesforce utilization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years in Sales Operations, CRM, or Business Analysis role.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, with demonstrated ability to design and optimize business workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline management.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to listen, influence, and build trust across diverse sales teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Experience with both hunter and farmer sales models in complex B2B environments.
- Certifications (preferred): Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
Scope Data:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve new business acquisition goals, contributing 4.2M units towards the 6M unit growth initiative by FY28.
- Manage and utilize resources efficiently to support sales planning activities.
- Interact professionally with external customers and cross-functional Team Members.
