Overview

Baer is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Expert to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation within a complex, regulated manufacturing environment. This role focuses on the Plan-to-Produce (Pl2Pr) value stream, with primary responsibility for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and secondary support for SAP Transportation Management (TM).

The ideal candidate brings strong functional expertise, hands-on implementation experience, and a pragmatic Fit-to-Standard approach, ideally within Aerospace & Defense or similar discrete manufacturing industries.

Description:

• Lead solution design, configuration, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA within the Pl2Pr value stream
• Design and deliver SAP EWM solutions aligned with Fit-to-Standard principles
• Configure and support SAP TM, including integration with internal and third-party transportation systems
• Define and support integrated business scenarios across:

• Warehouse Management
• Manufacturing
• Quality Management
• Plant Maintenance
• MRO / Aftermarket Services

• Drive end-to-end process alignment for warehouses and plants transitioning from SAP ECC to S/4HANA
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define target-state architecture and phased transition plans
• Develop high-quality solution documentation and support workshops and stakeholder communications

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with: SAP EWM (primary focus), SAP TM (secondary focus) and SAP S/4HANA implementations (greenfield preferred)
• Proven experience migrating multiple warehouses and plants from SAP ECC WM to SAP EWM on S/4HANA
• Experience with both Embedded EWM and Decentralized EWM
• Demonstrated integration experience across transportation, manufacturing, quality, plant maintenance, and MRO
• Industry experience in Aerospace & Defense or complex discrete manufacturing
• Familiarity with SAP Activate and value-stream-based implementation roadmaps
