Position Overview

CUMULUS MEDIA | Houston, Texas has an immediate opening for a Sr. Digital Coordinator. This role is an integral part of our digital team and provides administrative support to the account executives & management team. The Sr. Digital Coordinator will help coordinate digital marketing/sales initiatives & oversee campaign execution. The ideal candidate will be dependable, hardworking, analytical and experienced in digital marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Will serve as a liaison between our sales team, our clients, other inter-company departments and our digital partners
• Collaborate with our creative, content and web teams
• Prepares and assembles digital reports, recaps, and presentations
• Monitor campaign performance
• Ensure brand consistency across digital channels
• Work on highly time sensitive projects, adhering to deadlines
• Managing multiple project requests simultaneously with quick turnaround time
• Additional duties as designated by the Digital Manager

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in the digital space and/or working in digital marketing required
• An understanding of Wide Orbit, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing tools, CMS platforms, Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe
• Self-starter that is detail oriented, organized, and must be excellent at written and oral communication and possess strong multitasking skills
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and possess a team player attitude
• Able to identify client business needs by gaining a deep understanding of their goals, objectives, and processes as well as their external environment including key market and consumer trends to proactively develop customized digital advertising solutions to meet client objectives
• Highly organized and attention to detail
• High level of competency using internal and external resources/tools to create and input digital sales orders, digital video & audio ads and digital display ads

Pay Range

USD $40,000.00 - USD $45,000.00 /Yr.
