Role Description
The Senior Financial Analyst / Senior Compensation Analyst plays a key role in managing and evolving Lithko's incentive compensation programs.

This role owns high-impact, company-wide processes that directly connect business performance to employee outcomes. The individual will lead end-to-end execution - building and managing timelines, coordinating across stakeholders, and ensuring accurate, on-time delivery - while also working in the details to validate data, build models, and ensure outputs are correct.

Success in this role requires the ability to operate at both a strategic and detailed level - taking ownership of complex processes, driving project execution, and identifying opportunities to improve and scale how the work gets done.

This is a high-visibility role that partners across the business - including Finance, operational and corporate teams - to provide insights that support decision-making and improve how compensation is structured and delivered.

Key Responsibilities

    • Own and execute core compensation cycles, including incentive compensation programs and compensation studies, from planning and modeling through validation and delivery
    • Lead end-to-end execution of compensation processes - build timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure accurate, on-time delivery across multiple workstreams
    • Connect compensation outcomes to business performance by understanding key financial drivers (revenue, profitability, EBITDA) and their impact on incentive programs
    • Develop and maintain financial models to support planning, projections, and decision-making
    • Establish and maintain processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and auditability of compensation data across systems
    • Identify and implement improvements to tools, systems, and workflows to reduce manual effort and increase scalability
    • Partner across the business - including Finance, operational leaders, and corporate teams - to support compensation-related decisions (offers, ranges, internal equity, incentive outcomes)
    • Provide guidance on compensation-related decisions to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization
    • Develop reporting and insights that translate compensation data into clear, actionable information for leadership
    • Ensure compensation decisions are applied consistently and aligned with company philosophy and structure

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
    • 5-8+ years of experience in finance, compensation, FP&A, or related analytical roles, with ownership of complex processes or workstreams
    • Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel
    • Ability to build, audit, and interpret models that support business decision-making
    • Solid understanding of key financial drivers (revenue, profitability, EBITDA) and how they connect to incentive outcomes
    • Proven ability to manage end-to-end processes (e.g., incentive cycles, forecasting, planning), including identifying issues and ensuring accuracy
    • Ability to synthesize data into clear insights and provide forward-looking recommendations
    • Strong communication skills; able to translate complex information for non-financial stakeholders
    • Experience improving processes, tools, or systems to increase efficiency and scalability
    • Familiarity with financial or HR systems (e.g., Adaptive, Workday, compensation platforms) is a plus
    • Compensation experience (incentives, bonus planning, or pay structures) preferred but not required
