Position Overview
This role supports a flagship client within Circana's Coffee & Beverage practice, with primary focus on the Ready-to-Drink business. You will be a hands-on, client-embedded analytics partner who can pull and analyze Circana data quickly, translate it into clear insights, and support a fast-moving set of priorities. The role requires strong Circana fluency, sound analytical judgment, and comfort operating in an environment with shifting priorities and high visibility.
This role requires on-site presence at the client office 1 day per week in Arlington, VA.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver insight-led solutions by translating complex Circana data into clear, actionable recommendations that support client decision-making and measurable outcomes
- Identify opportunities to expand the value of Circana's data and software solutions by aligning insights to client strategic goals
- Own and execute recurring and ad hoc analyses using syndicated and POS data, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders by operating as a trusted analytics partner
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams across Client Insights, Analytics, Product, and account leadership to deliver integrated solutions
- Support broader Coffee & Beverage workstreams as priorities shift, acting as flexible coverage during periods of high demand
- Champion client success by proactively addressing challenges, anticipating needs, and delivering consistent value
- Participate in client meetings and working sessions, including in-person collaboration, to present insights and recommendations effectively

Requirements - 3+ years of experience in syndicated data, analytics, category management, or client insights in a CPG environment
- Hands-on experience with Circana syndicated data and tools (e.g. Unify+) is required
- Strong experience translating point-of-sale (POS) and syndicated data into implications and recommendations for CPG clients
- Proven ability to work directly with client stakeholders in a consultative, professional manner
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Experience supporting large, fast-paced CPG clients in a client-embedded environment
- Familiarity with current CPG and retail trends

Location: This position can be located in the following area(s): This role is intended to be client-embedded with on-site presence.
Candidates should be located in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia area and able to work on-site in Arlington at least one day per week The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
