We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Marketing Art Director to lead innovative marketing campaigns for a dynamic entertainment organization. This role offers the opportunity to shape creative strategies and deliver impactful visual experiences in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities

• Lead the visual strategy and creative execution for comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop high-quality creative assets that align with business objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end creative process from concept development to final execution, ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative creative culture.
• Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders, effectively communicating ideas and garnering support.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually elevate the quality of creative output.

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a brand design role, preferably in the entertainment or consumer brand sectors.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide creative teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end visual storytelling and campaign-driven work.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.

• Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a focus on collaboration.
• Knowledge of digital production and publishing across various platforms.
• Passion for the entertainment industry and familiarity with current trends and creative partners.
