Position Title: Senior Quote Desk Analyst, GTM Strategy & Acceleration

Your Role
The Senior Quote Desk Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of the Lead to Contract process. You will use your analytical mindset, process expertise, and commercial acumen to support efficient quoting, order management, and contract generation. Working closely with Sales and cross-functional teams, you will help drive accuracy, speed, and operational excellence-especially during periods of transformation and high business demand. Your contributions will directly impact customer experience, revenue enablement, and overall business performance.
What you'll do
- Configure, price, and generate accurate customer quotes, translating complex requirements into commercial proposals
- Partner with Sales teams to understand customer needs and deliver timely, high-quality quoting support
- Manage multiple quotes simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
- Address inquiries and resolve issues related to quotes with a strong customer service focus
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to manage quote changes and reworks
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, pricing models, and sales processes
- Proactively track and follow up on sales opportunities and related cases
- Assist in generating and updating agreements within the Contract Lifecycle Management tool
- Collaborate with fellow Quote Desk Analysts to balance workload and ensure continuity of support
- Support resolution of non-standard quotes to help sales teams meet quarterly and annual targets
What you'll need
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated success in a Sales Support, CRM, or similar commercial operations role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working with CRM tools, with Salesforce experience preferred
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and extended sales teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and perform in a fast-paced environment
- High sense of urgency with strong attention to detail
