  • Lead discovery sessions, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Partner across the enterprise to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment while balancing immediate business needs with long-term platform sustainability.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing decisions without direct authority.
Solution Design & Automation
  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, and advanced Flow automations.
  • Leverage Salesforce capabilities to solve business challenges and improve user productivity.
  • Lead enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and customer-facing portal experiences.
  • Partner with development and integration teams where custom solutions are required, while maintaining ownership of solution design and business outcomes.
Integrations, Data & Reporting
  • Oversee integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems, including ERP platforms, APIs, portals, and iPaaS solutions such as Workato.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, governance, and quality across connected systems.
  • Design and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPI visibility for leadership.
  • Support initiatives involving Salesforce Data Cloud, AI capabilities, and advanced analytics.
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
  • Establish and maintain Salesforce standards, best practices, and documentation.
  • Lead release management, change management, and user enablement efforts.
  • Drive user adoption through training and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor junior administrators and support resources as applicable.
  • Lead Salesforce projects from intake through delivery and measure business impact.
