Your Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join as a Senior Strategic Product Manager in a highly visible role within the Single Use and Integrated Systems Business Franchise. You will act as the business owner to set the direction and drive the growth of our product portfolio, focusing on Fill & Finish and Sterile Sampling applications in the GLP-1 market. Your deep knowledge of global market dynamics, customer applications, and business opportunities will be essential in developing and implementing strategies for market leadership in this evolving sector.
What you will do:
- Develop a clear vision and strategic plan, including long-range planning, product portfolio positioning, and evolution of the portfolio for modalities/applications that create value for customers, with a focus on the GLP-1 market.
- Act as the owner to drive the product development roadmap, including business cases, market sizing, financial analysis, and forecasting, and lead successful product launches from concept through commercialization, particularly for the GLP-1 market.
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with R&D, commercial, operations, and other key business partners to drive business results in a global high matrix setup.
- Actively monitor competitive activity, market trends, and customer feedback related to GLP-1, translating these insights into winning strategies for new and existing products.
- Develop and execute Annual Operating Plans (AOP), including go-to-market execution focused on revenue growth, operating margin, innovation, and lifecycle management.
- Formulate pricing strategies to maximize top and bottom-line goals, taking into account the competitive landscape.
- Frequently present updates and insights to stakeholders, sponsors, and senior management, focusing on the impact of your strategies in the GLP-1 market.

Who You AreMinimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in a product management and/or strategic marketing role, preferably within the bioprocessing industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the bioprocessing industry and single-use manufacturing, ideally in sampling and Fill & Finish applications.

Comprehensive Understanding of Single-Use Assemblies: Strong understanding of single-use assemblies and their critical role in sampling and Fill & Finish applications within the bioprocessing industry, focusing on their impact on process efficiency, regulatory compliance, and overall enhancement of operational workflows.
- Familiarity with the GLP-1 market and its dynamics is highly desirable.
- Advanced degree in a quantitative or scientific field (MBA, Master's, or PhD) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail, along with the ability to analyze business impact and make effective decisions.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, including proficiency in written, verbal, and presentation formats.
- Proven experience in digital solutions, particularly integrated systems with software and customer-facing design configurator tools.
- Self-motivated and energetic, with a strong ability to drive business results and initiatives.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of independence and agility.
- Highly collaborative, with a demonstrated ability to influence and navigate within a global matrix organization.
Pay Range for this position: $120,600-181,300
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
