If so, Blossman Gas & Appliance would like you to submit your application for consideration toward an open GAS SERVICE APPRENTICE position at our growing location in Bowling Green. Our Service Apprentices regularly learn and work alongside trained Service Technicians to install propane tanks for residential and commercial customers, as well as install, service, and maintain gas comfort equipment such as water heaters, dryers, ranges/stoves, fireplaces, generators, and more. Our Apprentices are often paired with Service Technicians to learn 'hands-on' the work that we do daily, as well as participate in classroom and online learning experiences. The SERVICE APPRENTICE position is an excellent opportunity for someone who has prior mechanical experience and would enjoy working locally for a growing company. Our Apprenticeship positions can lead to Service Technician, Senior Service Technician, and Master Technician status once specific education markers are met.

The Service Apprentice position requires the ability to contribute within a team environment and helping customers (be people and service oriented). There is a lot of growth potential with this particular opening and our company. A strong commitment to safety, consistent with company policy, is a must. The Apprenticeship position does not require experience but some prior mechanical work, use of hand tools, and a commitment to learning a career trade while possessing a positive attitude are needed for success. 2-5 years of prior mechanical work experience is preferred but not required.

Competitive, hourly pay will depend on prior experience.
