Role: Slalom Flex (Project Based) - Product Intelligence Lead
Location: Englewood, CO
*Please note: This role is not eligible for remote work. Employees must live within a commutable distance of the Englewood area with the ability to be onsite daily*
Who You'll Work With
Our teams help organizations of all kinds redefine what's possible, give shape to the future - and get there. We focus on high-impact projects, meeting our clients where they are to uncover business needs and deliver results. Our teams go beyond the expected to help clients move confidently through ambiguity and risk and drive more transformative outcomes.
The Product Intelligence Lead is an experienced consultant who can serve as a trusted strategic partner and execution lead for the client. This individual will help operationalize the plan, identify gaps and evolving needs, drive adoption, coordinate across stakeholders, and support executive-level communications and reporting.
This role is ideal for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and hands-on execution, challenge senior leaders constructively, navigate ambiguity, and bring structure to an emerging area of the business.
What You'll Do
Strategic Partnership & Organizational Stand-Up
• Serve as a trusted advisor and "right hand" to the client leader responsible for the new Agentic AI Platform Operations organization.
• Translate the existing organizational charter and strategy into actionable priorities, workstreams, milestones, and operating rhythms.
• Continuously assess what is needed to successfully stand up and mature the organization, identifying gaps and recommending solutions as the team evolves.
• Provide thoughtful challenge and alternative perspectives to senior leaders when appropriate rather than simply executing assigned tasks.
• Help establish processes, governance, decision-making structures, roles, responsibilities, and cross-functional ways of working.
AI Adoption & Platform Operations
• Support enterprise adoption of agentic AI capabilities with an initial focus on Amazon Quick and employee productivity.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify adoption barriers, employee needs, opportunities, and high-value use cases.
• Help translate user feedback and business needs into clear requirements for development teams.
• Support the prioritization of enhancements and new agents that can increase adoption, usability, and employee productivity.
• Bring enough AI fluency to engage credibly with both business and technology stakeholders without needing to be a hands-on AI engineer.
• Explore emerging capabilities and proactively identify opportunities to expand how AI can support employees across the organization.
Executive Communications & Reporting
• Develop clear, polished executive communications that translate complex initiatives into concise business messages.
• Support leadership reporting, status updates, presentations, decision materials, and organizational communications.
• Help communicate the team's mission, progress, roadmap, adoption strategy, and value to stakeholders across the enterprise.
• Tailor communications appropriately for executives, business teams, technical stakeholders, and end users.
Program Execution & Stakeholder Leadership
• Drive execution across multiple interconnected workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholder groups.
• Create structure and momentum in an environment where every process or requirement may not yet be defined.
• Facilitate conversations, working sessions, and decisions across business, technology, communications, and leadership teams.
• Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, dependencies, and decisions that require leadership attention.
• Build strong working relationships while maintaining accountability and moving the work forward.
What You'll Bring
Must-Have Qualifications
• Significant experience operating in a consulting, transformation, strategy, program leadership, or similar client-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior and executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience taking a strategy, roadmap, charter, or operating model and translating it into practical execution.
• Strong understanding of AI, generative AI, and/or agentic AI concepts, including the opportunities and considerations involved in enterprise adoption.
• Experience supporting organizational change, technology adoption, or employee productivity initiatives.
• Experience working within or closely alongside Media and Communications organizations.
• Ability to translate business needs and user feedback into actionable requirements for technical or development teams.
• Highly effective working in ambiguity, particularly in situations where the organization, processes, and expectations are still being established.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• A proactive, curious, and exploratory mindset with the ability to identify what needs to happen rather than waiting for detailed direction.
• Demonstrated ability to respectfully challenge assumptions and provide an independent point of view.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive complex work forward while remaining collaborative and team-oriented.
• Consulting experience..
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
Nice to Have
• Experience with Amazon Quick or similar enterprise AI productivity platforms.
• Experience supporting the creation or maturation of a new team, capability, operating model, or Center of Excellence.
• Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, platform operations, or AI enablement.
• Experience developing or supporting enterprise AI adoption strategies, use-case pipelines, or employee enablement programs.
• Experience collaborating with AI/ML engineers, software development teams, product teams, or technical architects.
