Role: Slalom Flex (Project Based) - Technical Project Manager
Location: Remote (PST hours)

What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end delivery of software and enterprise system projects, with a strong focus on EAM system updates, migrations, and enhancements
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk/issue logs
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and translate business needs into actionable project deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, vendors, system integrators, operations, asset management, and compliance teams
- Lead project governance activities, including status reporting, executive updates, and steering committee meetings
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, particularly those related to data integrity, system integrations, and change impacts
- Ensure projects adhere to utilities industry standards, regulatory considerations, and internal controls
- Drive change management activities in collaboration with business leads - communications, training planning, and adoption support
- Manage vendor performance, contracts, and deliverables
- Support testing phases (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, and post-implementation stabilization
- Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) based on project needs
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering software or enterprise system projects
- Experience working on or alongside Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP EAM, Oracle EAM, IFS, or similar)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, system integrations, data migration, and testing methodologies
- Experience working in regulated or asset-intensive industries (utilities, energy, transportation, infrastructure preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and complex stakeholder environments
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, the targeted hourly pay range is $60/hr-$70hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
