Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Developer with specialized expertise in Accela, SSRS reporting, and ASP.NET/.NET frameworks. This role involves supporting the Land Use and Environment Group of a county government, focusing on enhancing enterprise systems, developing workflows, and integrating various application modules. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to collaborate across multiple teams to deliver scalable solutions within an enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and enhance Accela automation scripts, workflows, and modules to meet evolving business requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SSRS reports, including data extraction, business logic, and formatting
- Build and maintain ASP.NET/.NET applications, services, and integrations to support system functionalities
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to develop integrated solutions and troubleshoot technical issues
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions, providing technical input for solution design and system architecture
- Modify and optimize system configurations, scripts, and application components for improved performance and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation covering workflows, integrations, and system enhancements
- Advise on scalable, cost-effective system improvements and process efficiencies
- Ensure compliance with enterprise application development standards and best practices
Qualifications - Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3-5 years of hands on Accela development, scripting, and configuration experience
- Strong proficiency in ASP.NET/.NET development, including web applications, services, and APIs
- Demonstrated expertise in SQL, including report design and modification within SSRS
- Experience operating within enterprise Windows Server environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with SDLC processes and relational database concept
Publishing Pay Range: $55.00 - $60.00 hourly
