Join our team as a Senior IT Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing and improving data processes in a dynamic and fully remote environment.
Responsibilities

• Design and redefine business processes to guide future IT solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with users to understand needs and ensure solutions align with business goals.
• Drive the aggregation and transmission of product information to various partners and agencies.
• Partake in activities that support data acquisition and upkeep within the regulatory Data Hub.

Skills

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, especially in managing pivot tables and complex functions like VLOOKUP.
• Proven experience of 2-5 years in data analysis or similar fields.
• Outstanding analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and effective communication, with a knack for collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience dealing with regulated data or collaborating with regulatory bodies.
• Capability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
• Acquaintance with business process mapping tools to streamline procedures.
