Who You'll Work With
Slalom is looking for a driven and collaborative Manager of Field Marketing to lead go-to-market activation across our Pacific Southwest markets (Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Phoenix, and Las Vegas). This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of marketing strategy, executive client engagement, and sales enablement, sitting within our broader West Region field marketing team.
You will own the regional marketing program calendar end-to-end, curate extraordinary executive experiences for our clients, and serve as a strategic connector between local market priorities and regional GTM direction. The ideal candidate brings equal parts creativity and operational rigor and thrives in a fast-moving environment where no two weeks look the same.
What You'll Do
Executive Client Experiences
- Program manage end-to-end executive experiences - roundtables, client briefings, VIP dinners, and hosted events - across the Pacific Southwest markets.
- Partner with account teams to identify the right client stakeholders, build compelling agendas, and ensure every touchpoint reflects Slalom's brand and consulting ethos.
- Own post-event follow-up coordination, including executive readouts, seller enablement content, and CRM documentation to close the loop on pipeline impact.
- Maintain a consistent drumbeat of engagement across markets, balancing shared regional programming with locally relevant activations.
Regional Strategy & GTM Communication
- Serve as a key communicator of Slalom's West Region marketing strategy, translating regional priorities into locally meaningful GTM plans for each Pacific Southwest market.
- Develop market-specific messaging and programming that connects our capability solutions to the business goals of each local office.
- Represent field marketing in local market leadership meetings, contributing to pipeline conversations and quarterly planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Presence
- Partner closely with sales leadership, capability SMEs, and regional GTM leaders to align marketing investment to revenue priorities.
- Be a true team player - willing to jump in, support peers across the West Region, and share learnings and best practices across markets.
- Serve as an on-site presence and brand ambassador at key events and executive engagements across all five Pacific Southwest markets.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team on integrated campaign execution, ensuring consistent messaging from awareness through conversion.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and develop an existing team of field marketing professionals embedded across the Pacific Southwest markets, serving as their day-to-day manager, coach, and advocate.
- Set clear priorities and workload direction across the team, ensuring capacity is aligned to the highest-impact programs and market opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative team culture where local market knowledge is shared freely and wins are celebrated collectively.
- Conduct regular 1:1s and provide ongoing feedback and development support to help each team member grow in their craft and career.
- Partner with regional marketing leadership to evolve team structure, capabilities, and resourcing as the Pacific Southwest business scales.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of B2B field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation experience, ideally within a professional or technology services environment.
- Proven track record of designing and executing high-touch executive experiences that drive client engagement and pipeline.
- Strong communication and presentation skills - you're comfortable in front of a room of executives and equally at ease in an internal strategy session.
- Experience translating go-to-market strategy into market-level activation plans and sales-ready enablement tools.
- Highly organized with sharp project management instincts; you can run multiple programs across multiple markets without letting details slip.
- Collaborative by nature, with a track record of building trusted relationships across sales, marketing, and business leadership.
- Comfortable with regional travel (up to 25%) across Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Phoenix, and Las Vegas.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Pardot, or equivalent)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Background in consulting, technology, or professional services marketing.
- Experience supporting account-based marketing (ABM) programs or enterprise-level client engagement initiatives.
