A growing trust and probate litigation firm is seeking a Senior Probate Litigation Attorney to join its Torrance office. This firm focuses exclusively on trust, probate, conservatorship, guardianship, beneficiary rights, trustee disputes, elder financial abuse, and related litigation matters.

Qualifications

• California Bar licensed attorney
• 3-8 years of litigation experience
• Probate litigation experience preferred
• Family law litigators with strong trial exposure encouraged to apply
• Ability to independently manage a caseload
• Strong leadership and client communication skills
• Experience mentoring junior attorneys
• Stable career history with demonstrated growth and commitment
