Responsibilities

• Enhance product functionality by optimizing usability and user engagement.
• Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams for design decisions.
• Mentor junior designers by sharing expertise in mobile app best practices and methodologies.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant design field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in interaction design and UX within a product development environment.
• Proven ability to lead projects and deliver mobile app experiences optimized for both iOS and Android.
• Strong communication skills for conveying design rationales and collaboration.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and skilled at turning research into practical solutions.
• Experience in leveraging and adapting design systems for user and product goals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services or similar trust-based, regulated domains.
• Knowledge of adaptive and mobile web design.
• Familiarity with current UX research methods and human-centered design processes.
