We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Youth MCI team and help advance our mission of empowering people to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead and supervise Program Directors across assigned Youth MCI Teams
  • Ensure programs meet quality, performance, staffing, regulatory, and contractual expectations
  • Utilize program and clinical data to drive decision-making and improve outcomes
  • Develop, implement, and monitor budgets, operational plans, and performance metrics


Who You Are:
  • Master's Degree in Public Health, Social Work, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field required
  • Independent behavioral health licensure in Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent) required
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory and/or management experience required
  • Strong understanding of community behavioral health services, outpatient treatment, and integrated care models
  • Experience managing budgets, program operations, and organizational performance metrics
