Join our dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager, where you'll lead innovative web and mobile application development projects in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with virtual teams and third-party resources to drive business objectives and deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities

• Lead and manage web/mobile application development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with senior managers to prioritize and direct project initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, managing changes and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
• Create integrated project plans, track milestones, and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
• Estimate and allocate resources, manage vendor performance, and oversee project budgets and forecasts.
• Identify and resolve project issues, perform impact analysis, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Facilitate communication and knowledge transfer, ensuring smooth transition to business as usual functions.

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with a PMI certification.
• Minimum of five years of experience in complex project management roles.
• Proficiency in Jira, Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of adjusting to various audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with application development practices and cloud, network, and security infrastructure.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor project teams.
