Sr. UX UI Designer

Join a dynamic product design team shaping intuitive, human-centered experiences across connected devices, mobile apps, and digital platforms. This senior-level role offers the opportunity to influence product direction, turn complex health information into clear solutions, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful experiences at scale.
Responsibilities

• Design seamless, end-to-end product experiences across digital and connected touchpoints.
• Translate user needs, research insights, and complex information into clear interaction and visual design solutions.
• Create prototypes, demos, and design concepts that help teams evaluate workflows and product behavior.
• Partner with product, engineering, research, data science, brand, and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Present design rationale, recommendations, and customer insights to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Lead collaborative critiques, workshops, and working sessions that improve product quality and decision-making.
• Contribute to product strategy by identifying opportunities and shaping solutions in ambiguous problem spaces.
• Support and mentor peers while helping raise the standard for design craft and systems thinking.

Skills

• Degree in Design, Human Factors, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in product design, UX design, interaction design, or a related discipline.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end, user-centered design work across mobile and/or desktop experiences.
• Experience moving complex digital products from early concept through delivery and iteration.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and other product design and prototyping tools.
• Strong knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, usability, accessibility, and visual design.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and research partners.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing connected experiences across physical products and digital platforms.
• Background bringing products from 0 to 1, including concept exploration, validation, and launch.
• Ability to create prototypes that clearly communicate complex workflows and product vision.
• Experience translating brand systems into usable and accessible product experiences.
• Prior work in healthcare or another complex, regulated environment.
• Experience making complex data easier for broad audiences to understand and act on.
• Interest in emerging technology and AI-enabled design workflows.
