Staff Accountant

Calling all Staff Accountants!! Our client, located in the Raleigh NC area, needs a tried-and-true Staff Accountant to work on a temporary-to-hire basis. The role is yours once you get started, you just start out as a temporary employee of Beacon Hill to speed the process along.

While working as the Staff Accountant, you will work alongside a team helping to assist the controller with responsibilities including:

• Bank and GL Account reconciliations
• Recording of fixed assets
• Assisting in the month-end close processes
• Posting journal entries
• Various related duties and projects as needed

This is an incredible opportunity with a company that has a large accounting department offering a ton of career advancement. This is an in-office position however the daily schedule is flexible.

To be considered for this specific position you would need to have:

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• A BS/BA in Accounting (or potentially Finance with a preference on accounting)
• Public company experience is preferred however not required
• Large ERP experience
• Intermediate MS Excel skills
