**Key Responsibilities:**

- Clean, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment according to established protocols.

- Operate sterilization equipment such as autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners.

- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and inventory.

- Ensure compliance with infection control policies and safety standards.

- Collaborate with clinical staff to meet surgical and procedural needs.

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of sterilization equipment.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in sterile processing or a related healthcare environment is preferred but not required.

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain strict adherence to protocols.
