Description:
Technicians are responsible for precision hand painting of small subassemblies using fine tools under a microscope. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, steady hand control, and the ability to maintain focus while seated for extended periods.
As a Subassembly Painter, you will:
•Perform detailed hand painting of small subassemblies using brushes, needles, or other fine applicators
• Work under a microscope for extended periods to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Follow detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Inspect painted components to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Maintain clean and organized workstations, adhering to safety and contamination control protocols
• Track and document production activities, including quantities completed and defects identified
This is a full-time, contract role
Ideal candidate will have:
Basic documentation and record-keeping skills
Ability to follow precise instructions and procedures
Must be able to navigate computer system to follow work instructions
Qualifications:High School
Pay range: $25 to $30/Hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
