Position SummaryThe
Financial Analyst I Summer Associate / Intern will support the Finance organization by assisting with financial reporting, analysis, and business support activities. This role provides exposure to corporate and segment-level finance functions, key financial tools, and real-world financial decision-making in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Scope of Work & ResponsibilitiesThe intern will assist with financial support across Corporate departments and may also partner with Finance teams supporting specific business segments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with financial reporting and analysis
- Supporting key finance deliverables and recurring reports
- Conducting Excel-based financial analyses
- Summarizing insights, trends, and recommended actions from analyses
- Supporting Finance partners with data preparation and presentations
- Participating in meetings, with opportunities to present findings and insights
Tools & Technologies
- Microsoft Excel
- Hyperion / Oracle financial systems
- PowerPoint
- Internal databases and reporting tools
Skills & Experience Gained
- Hands-on experience with advanced Excel and financial modeling
- Exposure to corporate finance and business support functions
- Ability to analyze financial data and summarize key insights
- Experience preparing reports and executive-ready presentations
- Professional development in communication, collaboration, and enterprise finance operations

QualificationsEducation & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0-2 years of related experience
Additional Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
- Major in Finance preferred
- Strong interest in corporate finance or financial analysis

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency or strong interest in Excel
- Clear written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate$17.25 - $20.50 Hourly
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
