The location in Calhoun, TN, is seeking talent to fill the position of Supervisor, Tissue Converting. This job is salaried exempt.

Position Overview

You will assume the following responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the converting production team to meet or exceed key performance indicators
• Organize and maintain work orders, delivery dates and order activity to ensure efficient production across the facility
• Develop team members' problem-solving capability and judgment and advance their knowledge and skills
• Continuously monitor and exhibit concern for employee safety
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred qualifications

• Three years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make the right decisions quickly, even when you have incomplete information or are working under pressure
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and to innovate
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to meet deadlines, while delivering quality results
