This is not a desk job-you'll be on your feet, moving, lifting, and making a real impact every day.

Inova Center for Personalized Health: 8100 Innovation Park Dr, Fairfax, VA 22031
Calvert Health Medical Center: 100 Hospital Rd, Prince Frederick, MD 20678

What will your job involve?

• Personal transportation to Inova Hospital sites!
• Working directly with hospital staff to ensure safe and timely medical waste container exchanges and proper segregation.
• Inspecting and servicing Daniels Health containers in clinical areas-this includes entering procedural spaces and working around sensitive equipment and patients.
• Lifting containers (up to 50 lbs) and pushing/pulling carts (up to 300 lbs) throughout the day.
• Maintaining inventory of containers and ensuring all areas are stocked and organized.
• Using a company-provided smartphone to manage tasks, report issues, and communicate with your team.
• Keeping staging areas clean and orderly before and after service.
• Representing Daniels Health with professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic.

What are we looking for?

• Someone who's physically fit, comfortable with heavy lifting, and enjoys active, on-the-go work.
• A team player who can also work independently without direct supervision.
• Strong attention to detail-especially when it comes to paperwork and procedures.
• Reliable transportation
• A can-do attitude and previous experience in a labor-intensive or logistics role.
