A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Treasury Management Associate.

Location: Remote

As Treasury Management Associate, you will:
Daily Cash & Treasury Operations: Execute daily cash movements, ACH transactions, domestic/international wires, bill payments, check issuance, and internal transfer journal entries for commercial accounts.
Technical Troubleshooting: Independently upload, validate, and troubleshoot commercial payment files (NACHA, Positive Pay, wire feeds) and hardware/software issues with business check scanners and bill pay portals.
Client Phone Support: Handle inbound client calls and perform outbound follow-ups to resolve operational and technical payment issues efficiently.
Compliance & Accounting: Post entries to SAP/ERP platforms, complete bank reconciliations, and adhere to Bank and Industry Codes of Conduct.

The ideal candidate will have:
Experience: Experience in B2B Treasury Support, Cash Management Operations, or Commercial Banking Payment Troubleshooting.
Software & Systems: Hands-on experience with SAP (or equivalent ERP platforms), Microsoft Office (Windows environment), and Remote Deposit Capture / check scanner drivers.
Key Skills: High technical independence, fast learner, solid understanding of general ledger accounting, and clear verbal communication on phone systems.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
