Role Description

The US Customer Marketing Senior Manager, Global Diagnostics role is responsible for executing customer-focused marketing initiatives within the West US market, which is approximately $150 million in revenue. This role will develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement, ensuring Zoetis Diagnostics maintains a strong market presence. The role will work closely with sales teams to enhance field execution and support revenue growth through effective customer marketing programs.

This position will leverage customer insights, market data, and competitive analysis to tailor marketing programs that align with the unique needs of the US veterinary diagnostics market. The role will also support demand generation, customer education, and utilization strategies to maximize the value of Zoetis' diagnostic offerings.

This position partners closely with the marketing leadership team, sales leadership & area business managers within region.

Key Responsibilities

• Market-Specific Strategy: Develop and execute customer marketing strategies tailored to the US region ($150 million in revenue)

• Customer Acquisition & Retention: Lead initiatives to attract new customers and enhance retention through targeted programs.

• Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives effectively support field execution.

• Demand Generation: Drive demand generation campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and targeted outreach.

• Customer Insights & Segmentation: Conduct customer research and segmentation to optimize marketing initiatives.

• Marketing Program Execution: Implement marketing programs that drive engagement, utilization, and loyalty.

• Performance Measurement: Monitor and analyze marketing performance to refine strategies and maximize impact.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with portfolio marketing, finance, and operations to align marketing activities with business objectives.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.

• Experience: 12+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or animal health, with a strong background in customer engagement.

• Customer-Focused Mindset: Proven ability to develop and execute marketing programs centered on customer needs.

• Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Strong track record of working closely with sales teams to drive commercial success.

• Analytical Skills: Experience in market analysis, customer segmentation, and performance measurement.

• Communication & Influence: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.

• Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives and execute effectively.

Travel Requirement

Regular travel within the US as required.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000 - $209,000. Our salary ranges are

determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range

for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional

factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation.

This position is also eligible for long-term incentives.
