UX Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery and design processes for user experiences, translating insights into effective design strategies.
• Create end-to-end user experiences for digital products, ensuring alignment with business and user needs.
• Develop flow diagrams, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while adhering to design system standards and accessibility guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with design teams, product managers, and engineers throughout the entire design lifecycle.
• Engage in problem framing and early-stage concept development to drive innovative solutions.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in interaction design, visual design, and user-centric design.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with enterprise design systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within large, regulated enterprises.
• Familiarity with designing complex workflows or platform-based products.
• Knowledge of applying AI in design processes to enhance ideation and prototyping.
