Responsibilities

• Design engaging process flows, wireframes, and visual mockups to convey user interaction behaviors effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements using data and usability insights.
• Participate in testing and data analysis to refine features and enhance user satisfaction.
• Present design ideas to stakeholders for feedback and refinement.
• Stay updated on ecommerce trends and UI innovations to set benchmarks and standards.

Skills

• Proficient in design tools, especially Figma.
• Strong UX design skills with an emphasis on user-centered design principles.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate complex design concepts clearly.
• Adept at managing multiple projects in a dynamic, agile environment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret user data and improve usability.

Preferred Skills

• Background in ecommerce and understanding of marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of conversational commerce and AI technologies.
• Experience developing complex admin tools.
• Proven ability to advocate for users and innovate design solutions.
