Day to Day:

• Develops and implements comprehensive external relations strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Forges new relationships to build the organization's visibility, impact, and financial resources.
• Leads and manages the external relations team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborates with senior leadership to align external communication efforts with overall business strategies.
• Proven ability to write and secure multiple year, multi-million dollar grants.
• Demonstrated success in providing proof of Return on Investment (ROI) from partnerships.
• Develops and implement fundraising strategies including individual giving, major gifts, planned giving, and annual campaigns.
  

Qualifications

• Master's degree plus six years in a related field OR ten years directly related, transferable experience.
  
• Valid Texas driver's license, clear MVR and ability to be insured
