About the Role

We are seeking a visionary, execution-driven senior leader to develop, implement and maintain a world-class quality management system (QMS). You will be deeply embedded in our operations, "on the floor", in audits, with customers, and inside our systems, driving real change across a complex data-driven company.

This role will own the Quality strategy, personally lead implement strategy, and build systems that scale with growth and operate with the highest level of efficiency and optimal accuracy. The successful candidate will bring recent experience implementing and transforming outcomes through a quality management system with a proven track record of driving substantial quality advancements, delivering measurable improvement and sustained performance over time.

Success in the Role Includes:

  • Improved operational metrics including first time right, reduced defects per client, reduced cycle time, and cost per unit.

  • Continuous improvement mindset that effectively challenges the organization to rise and raise the bar on quality and personal ownership of overall quality services and products.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Define the long-term vision, guiding principles, and operating framework that aligns with Circana's mission, delivering a highly effective quality management system.
  • Change Leadership: Lead change management efforts associated with new system, processes, capabilities, and tools to drive adoption and sustained impact.
  • Certification Enablement: Lay the groundwork for acquiring and maintaining ISO certifications.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead root cause, corrective action and systemic fixes. Prioritize enhancements and drive continuous improvement through data and root-cause analysis, continuously setting new goals for improved quality and reduced human intervention across the process stream.
  • Technology Enablement: Partner with Technology teams to optimize and evolve the quality ecosystem.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a senior advocate for quality management, leveraging all opportunities and interaction to challenge appropriately and embed a quality mindset.
  • Supervision: Lead, develop and mentor a small quality team.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive responsible experience in Quality Management. American Society of Quality certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience leading quality transformations. Quality Improvement Associate certification preferred.
  • Strong background in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems with proven results.
  • Hands-on experience with technology-enabled quality management, leading the vision and implementation of tech-enabled automation and quality enhancements.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions and regions.
  • Executive presence with strong strategic thinking paired with a willingness to engage in execution details.
  • Experience operating in global, matrixed organizations.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $175,000.00 to $225,000.00 USD.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
