The Vice President of Regional Corporate Services - Western provides high-level leadership across an assigned region, ensuring strong operational performance, engaged teams, and meaningful community connections. This role partners closely with senior leadership to advance strategic priorities, strengthen regional partnerships, and support sustainable growth-while fostering a culture rooted in continuous improvement and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of regional corporate services and operations
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with community stakeholders and regional organizations
- Support fundraising, grant development, and exploration of new business opportunities
- Contribute to organizational strategic planning and regional execution efforts
- Promote a consistent, positive organizational culture aligned with values and engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns and enhance service delivery
- Support efficient use of staff and resources across the region
- Participate in capital planning and oversee major facility and infrastructure projects
- Represent the organization in public relations and community engagement efforts
- Contribute as an active member of the senior leadership team
Education, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a business or mental health related field
WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:- Minimum of four (4) years of successful management experience in the business or mental health field
