Join a hands-on warehouse role supporting hardware fulfillment, inventory management, and break/fix operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed work, solving problems, and helping keep technology moving for end users.
Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, track, and ship hardware for deployment and recovery requests
• Support day-to-day inventory management, including reconciliation and accurate record keeping
• Configure hardware and apply firmware as needed
• Perform break/fix tasks to help restore equipment to working order
• Work closely with end users and internal partners to deliver timely, professional support
• Follow established processes while adapting to changing daily priorities
• Lift, move, and organize equipment and pallets safely as part of warehouse operations

Skills

• Comfort working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Experience using inventory systems
• Ability to lift more than 25 lbs and move pallets
• Positive, collaborative approach to teamwork and customer support

Preferred Skills

• Experience or certification related to MacBook Air support
• Experience or certification related to MacBook Pro support, including 13-inch, 14-inch, 15-inch, or 16-inch models
• Dell Client Foundations certification
• Previous experience supporting hardware fulfillment, inventory, or break/fix workflows
• Ability to build strong working relationships quickly
