Warehouse Manager - Springdale, AR

Established in 2006, AMD Distribution (www.amddistribution.com), an insulation specialty distributor/fabricator and subsidiary of Installed Building Products, has a proud history of supplying high-quality insulation and construction materials to the Western United States' finest contractors.

We are currently seeking a Branch Manager in Springdale, AR to join our team. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated individuals with leadership experience who value integrity, are team players, and have a work ethic/willingness to meet the branch's objectives regardless of circumstances.

Primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Safety
• Leading plant/warehouse team
• Inventory management
• Production scheduling
• Product delivery scheduling
• Employee development
• Learn and Teach
• Conduct themselves professionally and courteously in all manners of communication.
• Willingness to have fun at work!

Skills, knowledge, and abilities needed:

• 2-5 years of successful experience in a related role.
• Goal-orientation. Competitive. Disciplined, motivated, and driven to achieve.
• Time/calendar management. Task prioritization
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Integrity, hard work, and a Positive team-first attitude
• Humility. Ability to give and receive feedback.
• Forklift experience
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Willingness to work with team and equipment in a fast-paced environment; flexible to change
• Building Materials experience and/or mechanical aptitude preferred
• Computer proficiency preferred.

Work hours: 7 AM-4 PM; overtime as required to meet the requirements of customers.

Salary Range: $71,000-$85,000/year

Physical Demands:

Requires prolonged sitting, standing, and walking during travel, meetings, and events. Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds of materials or equipment. Frequent travel by car and air, and regular use of a computer and office technology are essential.
