The Weighmaster plays a crucial role in our operations, responsible for accurately weighing and recording specified quantities of aggregates and materials, both incoming and outgoing. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures while maintaining accurate records of weighmaster transactions.

What you will do:

• Precise Weighing: Accurately weigh incoming and outgoing trucks or batches of materials and products, employing specialized software or manual tracking tools.
• Record Keeping: Timely and accurately record weights, using both manual and digital methods. Ensure documentation is in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures, for weighing, documentation, and reporting of products and materials.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with production and administrative teams to ensure consistent tracking of weights and quantities.
• Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot any weighing or recording issues, escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of weighmaster transactions, which includes computerized scales, manual logs, and other documentation.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in training and development programs to enhance performance and expand knowledge of scale software and procedures.
• Flexible Hours: Be available for night shifts and extended work hours when projects require additional materials or in the event of plant breakdowns.
• Additional Duties: Perform any other related duties as assigned by the management.

What you will need: (Minimum requirements)

• Knowledge: Proficiency in simple math, the use of formulas, charts, tables, drawings, specifications, schedules, diagrams, and measuring instruments. Strong familiarity with computers and Microsoft Office suite for data tracking and interpretation of reports, forms, records, and comparable data.
• Experience: Minimum of one to three years of experience to become well-versed in all aspects of mix design, manufacturing processes, operation, and maintenance of a scales and weights system.
