Ultimate Staffing is seeking an AI Server Production Manager to join a company in Grapevine, TX. This is a full-time, direct hire position. The role is 100% onsite.

The AI Server Production Manager is responsible for overseeing server repair operations, production planning, and resource management to ensure customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. This role leads data-driven decision-making, failure analysis, and corrective action planning to continuously improve repair quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Operations, Data Analysis & Issue Resolution

  • Review and analyze critical customer requirements including quality metrics, turnaround time (TAT), and technician daily KPI targets; coordinate assignments with supervisors to meet performance goals.
  • Generate, analyze, and present management reports, including corrective and preventive action plans to drive service quality and continuous improvement.
  • Review failure analysis reports and implement process improvements to enhance repair quality and reduce repeat failures.
  • Maintain space, equipment, tools, and supplies; oversee repair parts inventory accuracy, transfers, audits, and reconciliations to drive efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Complete assigned projects within defined timelines and business priorities.
  • Develop and maintain recordkeeping and training documentation in compliance with company policies, applicable regulations, and ISO standards.
  • Establish, track, and improve departmental KPIs and operational objectives.
  • Ensure strict compliance with energy conservation policies.
  • Enforce daily housekeeping standards and workstation layouts aligned with 5S principles.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the layout and capacity of production lines.
  • Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production activities.
Warehouse & Process Efficiency
  • Implement warehouse efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives by analyzing product flow, delivery issues, and inventory movement.
  • Ensure inventory management and allocation support efficient, cost-effective distribution throughout the warehouse.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks that impact repair throughput or delivery timelines.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment aligned with company culture and values.

  • Build and maintain strong internal partnerships, as well as effective relationships with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience within the PC or server repair/service industry.
Required Skills
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work overtime based on operational needs.
  • Strong professional communication skills when working with customers and associates.
  • Detail-oriented with full ownership and accountability for responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for management reporting.
  • Ability to create procedures and documentation in Microsoft Word and presentations in PowerPoint .
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines and delegate effectively.
  • Willingness to respond to after-hours calls for critical operational issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to coach and mentor others.
