Job Description

We are seeking an Apriso Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Support Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Apriso MES administration, production support, and incident/problem management and a proven ability to maintain stable operations, resolve application issues, and support deployments with minimal impact to manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor Apriso MES system health, performance, and availability across production environments.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and application issues in partnership with IT, operations, and engineering teams.
• Execute routine maintenance, apply fixes, and manage configuration changes following change control processes.
• Validate system updates and support deployments to ensure minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.
• Provide day-to-day end-user support and coordinate timely escalation for high-priority or complex issues.
• Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge-base articles to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience supporting Apriso MES in production, including monitoring, incident resolution, and maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations in a regulated or high-availability environment.
• Experience with change management, deployments, and validation of system updates.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and end users.
• US Citizen.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management.
• Familiarity with SQL, scripting, and basic system administration for application support.
