A role you will love
A Business Analyst in Client Operations plays a critical role in optimizing organizational processes and driving efficiency across business units. These professional analyses current operational workflows, identifies improvement opportunities, process mapping, updating Desktop Operating Procedures and supports the implementation of solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and align with strategic goals. This professional will also be responsible for maintaining key volumes, gather information for ongoing senior management reporting, presentations and assist in the analysis of events exposing Computershare to potential operating risks.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide advice and support to technical and non-technical staff regarding solution designs.
- Maintain focus on aligning business opportunities with technology solutions.
- Contribute with the handover and delivery of new solutions.
- Evaluate and map existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in the process.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation including journey maps, business process flows, systems context, and solution design. Timely identification of control gaps and mitigation of risks.
- Support the implementation of new operational processes.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive organizational adoption of process improvements.
- Track and maintain data for Client Operations.
- Participate in Risk assessments, meet with the various teams to understand process/control gaps and put forth recommendations for changes.
- Certify and maintain access to the various SharePoint sites and Private drives maintained.
- Monitor, track and review quality sampling on a quarterly basis and input the necessary changes.
What will we need from you?Required:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; proven track record in business analysis and solution design.
Preferred:Advanced certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management.
