We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to drive product strategy and support business needs through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytical projects to enhance product strategy and decision-making.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions for metrics, reports, and dashboards.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities and risks within the business.
• Create and implement comprehensive data strategies across various platforms.
• Develop automated reporting solutions and self-service analytics tools.
• Establish data governance standards and best practices to ensure data integrity.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and dashboarding tools for data visualization.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Expertise in dimensional modeling to enhance data structures.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Airflow, CI/CD processes, and Python for data processing.
• Experience with Pyspark for big data processing and analysis.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
